Rental Service Package

This package includes a range of essential services for rental properties, such as periodic cleaning, payment of utility bills on behalf of clients, inventory checks, and coordinating with the landlord for maintenance issues. Our contracts for this service are typically for a one-year term, with a fixed fee for the duration of the contract.

This package enables us to manage rental payments on behalf of the tenants (our clients) and ensures proper access to the property. It does not include rental management services. This service is particularly valuable for preventing unauthorized subletting when a property is vacant and ensuring that the landlord receives timely rental payments while respecting the terms of the rental agreement. It is especially popular with Residency Clients who visit Malta periodically, as landlords in Gozo for example often sublet their properties when vacant. We let the property from Landlords and Sublet it to the clients managing the rental payments and access, for this service we charge a small yearly fee.

In this package, we act directly on behalf of the landlord to manage tenant relationships and resolve any issues that may arise. This is a quotation-based service, meaning the fees can vary depending on the specific services required and any necessary maintenance. Due to the bespoke nature of this service, the fees are customized based on the scope of work.
